What equipment is available in the rooms?
TV, wireless internet, WC and shower. Kettle, tea and coffee. In the studio rooms there is a trinette with sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven. There are also glasses, plates and cutlery for two people.
Where do I turn if I have questions?
You can normally contact staff on site on weekdays during the day until until 14:30. Customer Service is open weekdays during office hours and can be reached at info@ettsmart.se or 08 546 308 10. We also have a hotline for our resident-guests on 08 350 260.
How do I make a reservation?
1. book and pay
2. receive the room code by email and SMS
3. arrive at your convenience!
What time is arrival and departure?
Arrival from 15:00 on the day of arrival and departure by 11:00 on the day of departure.
What is included in the room rate?
Wi-Fi, TV and free parking.
